Advance Terrafund REIT realized record profit for 2011

The Management of Advance Terrafund REIT is proud to announce that the net profit for 2011 is 57.2 million BGN (29.25 million EUR), which exceeds the net profit for 2010 approximately 24 times. The profit for distribution is 21.46 million BGN (10.97 million EUR) and the minimum dividend of 90%, requested by the law, is 19.3 million BGN (0.2269 BGN/share or 0.116 EUR/share). In comparison with the dividend paid for 2010, the company will pay 4.7 times higher dividend to its shareholders. The dividend is expected to be paid in 2012 after a decision of the General Assembly of the Shareholders.
