In this video, Radoslav Manolov, CEO of Advance Terrafund, talks about the company’s over 20-year history and some of its key achievements. The bold idea was to invest in an undervalued alternative investment asset such as agricultural land, consolidate it and lease it to multiple farmers. The company has provided agricultural land for cultivation to over 1,500 farmers over the years. With capital raised through the stock exchange in the amount of 65.7 million euros since its founding, through active management of agricultural land, the company has so far distributed dividends of over 142 million euros to its shareholders.
