For the third time in a row Advance Terrafund REIT took first place in the ranking of Capital newspaper for a special purpose investment company specializing in real estate. The company was also awarded the Best Corporate Governance category, in which it was ranked third.
"In order to manage a transparent company with thousands of shareholders, including banks, pension funds, international corporations and hundreds of investors, we have created a large organization with strict rules and controls and introduced best international practices. I am delighted that these efforts have been highly appreciated for the third consecutive year, ”commented Mr. Radoslav Manolov, CEO of Advance Terrafund REIT.
The Capital 50 ranking is held for the sixth time and includes the top 100 companies on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange for 2012, as well as the traditional ranking for the top 10 real estate investment companies.
