Advance Terrafund REIT was awarded "The best REIT" for 2010

The newspaper Dnevnik awarded the best Bulgarian companies for 2010 in its new edition "Dnevnik 100 - the Top 100 Bulgarian companies on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange" For a second year in a row Advance Terrafund REIT gets the prize for "The best REIT". The heaviest weight for the first place comes from the assets' value, the active share trading and the high rating that the market gives to the company. From an absolutely illiquid asset, the agricultural land in Bulgaria turned into a product with high demand and its price ran up several times. At the forthcoming GAS will be voted a distribution of dividend in the amount of BGN 0.048 per share for 2010
