The management of "Advance Terrafund" REIT notifies of the following decision of the General Assembly of Shareholders held on 08.05.2025 at 12:00 at the company's registered office in Sofia, at 1 Zlatovrah Street:
To distribute to the shareholders of the Company a gross dividend in the amount of BGN 0.095 per share.
The payment of the dividend to the shareholders will be made within the period under Art. 29, para. 1 of the ASIPCSC through "Central Depository" AD and Postbank (with legal name "Eurobank Bulgaria" AD) in compliance with the requirements of the Public Offering of Securities Act and the acts implementing it.
