According to the audited annual financial statements, the net profit of Advance Terrafund REIT for 2012 is BGN 49.2 million, with the adjusted financial result, subject to dividend distribution, being BGN 41.9 million (BGN 0.493 / share gross dividend). According to the Special Investment Purpose Companies Act (LPIT), the company is obliged to pay at least 90% of it or BGN 37.8 million for dividend. (0.444 BGN / share gross dividend). Compared to the distributed dividend for 2011, the company may pay 2 times the dividend to its shareholders. The dividend is expected to be paid in mid-2013, following a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders
