Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) № 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, we would like to inform you that with a Contract for the sale of a company share with a notary certification of the signatures № 7769 and the contents № 7770, volume 2, act 179 of Notary Ivaylo Ivanov with registration №384 of the Notary Chamber, “ADVANCE TERRAFUND” REIT has sold to “CITIPARK EPSILON” EOOD, a company registered in the Commercial Register at Registry Agency the entries under UIC 206185561, with registered office and address of management in the city of Sofia, p.k. 1000, Sredets district, 2a Saborna Str., 4th floor, all its own company share, within the meaning of Art. 129 of the Commercial Law from the property of the commercial company "Project Vrazhdebna" EOOD, a sole proprietorship with limited liability, established in Bulgaria, entered in the Commercial Register and RULNC at the Registry Agency with UIC 206577046, with registered office and address in Sofia, p.k. 1164, Lozenets district, 1 Zlatovrah Str. in the amount of BGN 3,917,700 (three million nine hundred and seventeen thousand and seven hundred), distributed in 39177 (thirty-nine thousand one hundred and seventy-seven) shares of 100 (one hundred) BGN each for a total purchase - sale price agreed between the parties in the amount of EUR 2,100,000 (two million and one hundred thousand euros), which circumstance is entered in the account of the Company "Project Vrazhdebna" EOOD with registration number 20210802172441 from 02.08.2021.
As a result of the above-described sale of a share, the new sole owner of the capital of "Project Vrazhdebna" EOOD is CITIPARK EPSILON EOOD, a company registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency under UIC 206185561, with registered office and address in Sofia. , p.k. 1000, Sredets district, 2a Saborna Street, 4th floor.
