Shareholders' rights and General meeting of shareholders

Rights attached to a share may be classified in two major groups based on nature - property rights and non-property rights.

The rules of organization and holding of a session of the General Meeting of Shareholdrs and shareholder voting by proxy shall guarantee equal treatment of all shareholders of the Company in the organization and holding of a session of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the individual right of each of them to express an opinion on all agenda items discussed thereat.
